Bidside. Beside every listing.
The seller has an agent. Bidside gives you a free price-and-risk glance while you browse, then one decisive full brief when a property becomes serious.

You're negotiating life-changing money against a professional. Don't go in with guesswork.
The listing is designed to sell the property. Bidside is designed to help you decide whether to pursue it, what it may be worth, what could change that view, and what to do next.
Glance at everything. Brief the serious ones.
There is no confusing middle report. The free glance is deliberately broad. The paid full brief does the deeper work and commits to a single price estimate.
Four answers first. Evidence underneath.
The full brief no longer buries the useful part in a wall of analysis. It starts with the call, then lets buyers open the detail when they need to challenge it.
- 01Should I pursue it?
A direct recommendation in plain English.
- 02What price should I work from?
One estimate, a tight band, and the anchors behind it.
- 03What could change the decision?
The best reason, biggest concern and one unknown to resolve.
- 04What do I do next?
Questions for the agent, inspection checks and an offer plan.
The same property can be right for one buyer and wrong for another.
Bidside applies your budget, family profile, pets, land preference, suburbs, must-haves and deal-breakers to the final call.
Usable garden suits children and a dog.
Four bedrooms match the household brief.
Corner traffic conflicts with no main roads.
The estimate is close to the budget ceiling.
Visit at 8am and 5pm before treating the road discount as enough.
Your shortlist becomes a decision table.
Save properties after a full brief, compare the facts that matter, keep agent intel and move each listing from watching to inspected, offer made, passed or purchased.

Bidside provides informational property research, not financial, legal, building or valuation advice.
What buyers ask before installing.
What is free?
The quick glance is free on every supported listing and does not require a card. When you create an account, your first full brief is also free.
Why is the free price a range?
It is an intentionally broad first read from the evidence available quickly. The full brief checks more data, images, property condition, location and comparable sales before naming one price estimate and a tighter working band.
Which sites does Bidside support?
Bidside currently works on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au in Chrome.
Does the listing agent know I am using it?
No. The Bidside side panel is part of your browser. It does not post anything back to the listing or notify the agent.
Can Bidside replace a buyer's agent?
No. A human buyer's agent can inspect and represent you. Bidside gives self-directed buyers a stronger research and decision layer, and helps them ask better questions of agents, inspectors, conveyancers and lenders.
How does Bidside handle uncertainty?
The brief shows confidence and should distinguish confirmed facts from inferences. If a source, image or important property detail is missing, it should tell you what to verify rather than invent certainty.
